- Know they are called by God for such ministry,
- Are strongly supported by their church,
- Have a good knowledge and use of Scripture,
- Are mature Christians,
- Evidence current use of God's gifts, and
- Are willing to raise their personal prayer and financial support.
- Completion and submission of an application
- Interview and evaluations at TWO's headquarters
- Custom design of any additional training and development programs necessary for success on the field
- Field staff to visit to your home church to establish relationships with those who are sending you
- Four to twelve month short-term trip to the Turkic world (optional, based on cross-cultural experiences).
- A mentoring relationship between the Field Department and each worker
- Concentration on language learning for the initial years of ministry
- Guidance from the Holy Spirit as to his/her personal ministry and team membership
- Requirement of a trusted accountability partner for each worker both for ministry and personal matters
- Working with other organizations who share similar objectives
- Undertaking tent making for ministry purposes, but not for financial support
